These classes and workshops are appropriate for all levels. If you are a beginner, looking to explore your creative voice but don’t know where to begin, this is for you! Guided meditations are included in our practice to remove those nasty inner critics! If you have an existing practice, we will support your journey together. Together we will explore various techniques in painting, mixed media and collage as you are encouraged to find your own intuitive creative voice. You will be guided, inspired, excited to continue your art practice but mostly you will leave feeling replenished and filled with creative self confidence! These workshops are designed around the idea that we can release so much tension in our lives by engaging in one of the most instinctive human acts: creativity.
