Full payment for session when you sign up. This will reserve your space in the class. You may sign up and pay online, mail or in person. If you are signing up via postal mail, please download a PDF form and send with check payable to Kathy Leader.
CLASSES:You may cancel up to one week prior to the start of class for a full refund minus $25 admin fee. After that, 50% of the fees will be retained. No refund within 2 days of the class. The Art Process reserves the right to cancel any session due to low enrollment in which case full refund will be issued.
WORKSHOPS: $30 non refundable deposit for all workshops. If you cancel before 10 days of the workshop, you will be refunded less the deposit. After 10 days, no refunds.
PRIVATE CLASSES: 24 hour notice required to cancel without being charged.
RETREATS: $50 non refundable deposit for all retreats. If you cancel before 10 days of the retreat, your tuition less the $50 will be refunded. After 10 days, there will be no more refunds. The tuition will not be transferrable to another retreat or workshop.
CAMPS: $85 non refundable deposit. Before 4 weeks prior, you will be refunded less the $85 fee. Before 2 weeks prior to the start of the camp, you will receive a refund less $100 fee. After two weeks, no refund.

We encourage students to make up the classes that they miss during the session that they are signed up in. There is no refund for missed classes due to illness or vacation unless there are exceptional circumstances. Please refer to the schedule for alternative classes and notify us 24 hours in advance of a make up.
