This one day “mini retreat” is an inspiring way to reconnect with your creative spirit surrounded by a supportive creative community and guided into the art process with Kathy Leader, creative coach. The day consists of self reflection, intention setting, freeform abstract painting and mixed media techniques. This workshop is appropriate for all levels. If you are a beginner and do not have any materials, we can provide them for you. Each workshop is designed around a particular concept or technique. The goal is to leave feeling replenished and inspired to continue your home practice!
