This is the best way to celebrate mother Earth in the hills of Santa Barbara at The Empathy Center. We will start with some nature connection meditation and then move into a beautiful contemplative guided mixed media and collage art process. This way into the creative process is deeply nourishing, inspiring and healing. You do NOT have to have any art experience to gain the benefits. Just a desire to come with you whole self to a like minded community. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Community Environmental Council, SB.
